All goods remain the property of A&A TRADE KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS LTD, until payment is received in full.
Payment is required in full before or upon delivery of goods.
No goods will be left unless payment is made available before delivery.
We reserve the right to withhold delivery of goods until payment is received.
Any overdue monies will result in interest being charged on a daily basis at a rate of 0.00022 x the outstanding amount.
Credit Card payment is accepted: this is subject to a 2% fee.
Any items to be returned must be reported and returned within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days we cannot accept a return and payments for the goods will be required in full.
Undamaged goods returned within 7 days will incur a 25% re-stocking charge.
Damaged items will be accepted and replaced within the 7 day period.
Whereupon an order consists of made to measure units, NO REFUND CAN BE GIVEN, should the order be cancelled, as these items are made specifically to individual requirements.
All the prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.
