While we have endeavoured to provide an informative website, we hope you will appreciate, there are thousands of products available which would take hours of searching through, and therefore too many to list. We pride ourselves in satisfying the requirements of past, present and future customers and the first class service that we provide in the process: our many letters of gratitude from satisfied customers confirm this, available to see within our Showroom.

Being fully aware of the competitive nature of buying on the internet, especially applicable with Appliances, our intentions are also to be internet competitive when it comes to buying these items. At all times we like to think we can compete with anything available on the internet – remember, buying on the internet may not be as straight forward as it appears...

3. How easy is it to get your money back, when more often than not, you’ve had to pay in full before delivery?

How much does it cost to return any damaged goods, if indeed it is possible to make a return? - At A&A Trade Kitchens and Bathrooms Ltd, we offer our customers the confidence that in the unlikely event they should have a query with anything supplied by ourselves, they can be sure of a positive and swift response and an acceptable outcome in any circumstance.

Being a small fish in a big pond, our reputation is of the utmost importance. We have a Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom, though not on a grand scale. We have 11 kitchen displays and approximately the same Bathroom and Shower Enclosure displays.

We believe in keeping our costs down to a minimum. Grand and extensive showrooms come at a cost – but who pays for them? There is very little that we are unable to supply, even if you don’t see it on display.

If your budget is at the lower end of the market, we can meet your requirements, while offering the choice and quality that is often lacking in some of the larger chain stores.

If your budget is at the top end of the market, we can meet your requirements, again, offering the choice and quality you will find in many Designer Studios – BUT NOT AT THE DESIGNER STUDIO PRICES!

To pass on the savings even further to you, the customer, the Fitters we use are not employed by us. We have a list of many tried and recommended Fitters, who work independently, each with their own area of expertise to suit your individual requirements. At the quotation stage, we will provide you, on request, with a list of these Fitters. We recommend that you speak to at least two of the Fitters for quotations. They will then visit you in your home at a mutually agreeable time to discuss your requirements and provide you with a quotation for the work they will carry out, leaving you to choose the Fitter you feel most happy with.

WHY HAVE INDEPENDENT FITTERS?

We have independent Fitters, as they offer more flexibility than employing a smaller number of Fitters, where it would be inevitable that the wait for work to be carried out would be longer and less efficient.

By dealing with the Fitter direct, you, the Customer, know exactly what you are paying for, with no hidden extras added in by the Supplier.
